Thanks to my agent and a casting team, I'll be going to a fitting tomorrow for a Cable Company Commercial! It's pretty exciting, but since I don't know if I'll be filling out an NDA or not, I don't want to give too many details. If they let me, though, I'll take a few photos on set and post them here!

I sang more barbershop with these guys this month than I have in five years. After spending way too much time trying to make this video happen, I'm so glad it finally did! Here are some photos from the day's shoot: And here are some photos that Tanya took on the set:
Back in 2012, I performed in Art Shulman's "Trolls Stole the North Pole." It was a lot of fun, and I got to work with some pretty cool people. Today I received an email from Art with the good news that his show had been published! My name has appeared in the script, meaning I will forever be known as the actor who originated the role of Stripey the Elf. This is pretty cool!
For those of you who are interested in reading the script, or even producing it yourselves, here's a link to Off The Wall Plays. The western ended, and I'm glad to have my face back. It's hard to believe these are both the same guy: The photo on the right is from a shoot with Leigh Dillard. She did some nice work, and I'll be looking through them more later on in the week.
I've just been cast in a show! I'll be playing the wise owl in the West Valley Playhouse's production of Aesop's Fables. Performances will be start on October 11 and be on Saturdays at 10:00 am and 1:00 pm, and on a few Wednesdays as well. My first rehearsal is tonight, and I'm hoping it goes well! Lastly, I've finally gotten around to reading The Hunger Games and I'm blaming it for my binge eating this week. I can't give out too many details about the western I've been working on due to a non-disclosure agreement, but here's what I can say: I'm looking forward to shaving this weekend.
In addition: I won a free photo shoot for this week, so I'm going through my usual neurosis before the session (only this time, it's a lot cheaper). Other than that, Julian Yuen and I may be on the brink of a new webseries. I kind of hope we are because I'm looking forward to shooting some of these scripts. I've also been catching up on my own writing as well. Best of all: when I finally get around to producing some of these scripts, I'll have an excuse to fly to South East Asia (or at the very least, I'll go to an area that can look like South East Asia). The other day I had an audition for Les Miserables. Of all the songs I could sing for them, I chose "La Resistance" from the South Park Movie. They loved my choice so much, I got a callback! I had that callback today, and because it was such a bold choice, I've been encouraged to contribute my story to an industry publication! Not a bad day at all. Once it's online, I'll post links to the article.
This weekend I worked at the Great Horror Campout, and had a great time! I was hired as a voodoo musician for their tribal ritual scene. Campers would come to us and dance in an attempt to win the voodoo priestess's severed head. Eventually, we realized that the campers were willing to do anything we asked in order to get the head, and we had a little fun by making them crawl on the ground and fight over it.
