Thanks to my agent and a casting team, I'll be going to a fitting tomorrow for a Cable Company Commercial! It's pretty exciting, but since I don't know if I'll be filling out an NDA or not, I don't want to give too many details. If they let me, though, I'll take a few photos on set and post them here!
I sang more barbershop with these guys this month than I have in five years. After spending way too much time trying to make this video happen, I'm so glad it finally did! Here are some photos from the day's shoot: And here are some photos that Tanya took on the set:
The Actor's Voice has just published an article I wrote! I'm so excited:
Back in 2012, I performed in Art Shulman's "Trolls Stole the North Pole." It was a lot of fun, and I got to work with some pretty cool people. Today I received an email from Art with the good news that his show had been published! My name has appeared in the script, meaning I will forever be known as the actor who originated the role of Stripey the Elf. This is pretty cool!
For those of you who are interested in reading the script, or even producing it yourselves, here's a link to Off The Wall Plays. I'll be appearing as the wise, old Owl in a production of Aesop's Fables! There are only a few performances left: October 18th, 25th, and November 1st at 1:00pm, and October 15th, 22nd, and 29th at 10:00am. All performances will be in the West Valley Playhouse, at 7242 Owensmouth Ave Canoga Park, CA 91303. Call (818) 884-1907 for more information, or to reserve tickets.
The western ended, and I'm glad to have my face back. It's hard to believe these are both the same guy: The photo on the right is from a shoot with Leigh Dillard. She did some nice work, and I'll be looking through them more later on in the week.
I've just been cast in a show! I'll be playing the wise owl in the West Valley Playhouse's production of Aesop's Fables. Performances will be start on October 11 and be on Saturdays at 10:00 am and 1:00 pm, and on a few Wednesdays as well. My first rehearsal is tonight, and I'm hoping it goes well! Lastly, I've finally gotten around to reading The Hunger Games and I'm blaming it for my binge eating this week. |
